Plagiarism Policy
The Journal of Biobased Chemicals is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics. All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using Turnitin prior to the peer-review process. Manuscripts considered suitable for publication must have a similarity index of less than 15%, excluding references and properly quoted materials. Submissions that exceed this threshold or exhibit evidence of unethical publication practices, including excessive self-plagiarism or improper citation, will be returned to the authors for revision or rejected. This policy ensures the originality, credibility, and scientific quality of articles published in the journal.
